By accessing and using TRADER'S DASHBOARD (the “Service”, available at tradersdashboard.site), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

TRADER'S DASHBOARD is a trading tool. It provides:

• A trade calculator for Forex and Metals, including lot sizing, risk, margin, and cascade entry calculations
• A secure connection for the receipt and transmission of trade information to your MetaTrader 4 (MT4) terminal, based on your own decisions
• Order execution requests forwarded to your MT4 account via an Expert Advisor (EA) that you install
• Customer support and access to installation resources based on your plan

The Service transmits information for asset trading based on users' decisions, without any analysis, validation, judgment, or discretion as to its content, suitability, or merit.

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Current plans, pricing, and any applicable add-on template fees are displayed on our Plans page. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled. Fees for partial billing periods are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To use our Service, you must:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have an active MetaTrader 4 trading account with a supported broker
• Maintain sufficient funds in your trading account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

IMPORTANT RISK DISCLOSURE:

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You should only invest money you can afford to lose
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes

TRADER'S DASHBOARD does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. The Service is a tool for calculating and executing trades based on your own decisions. TRADER'S DASHBOARD is not a brokerage firm, exchange, liquidity provider, party, or intermediary in any operation or transaction carried out through its systems, nor does it participate in, make, or provide investment recommendation services. We are not registered financial advisors or brokers. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADER'S DASHBOARD and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred through the use of our Service
• System downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to credential compromise
• Actions taken by your broker or third-party service providers
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or long-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and any unused portion of your subscription fees will not be refunded.

All content, algorithms, software, trademarks, and materials provided through our Service are the exclusive property of TRADER'S DASHBOARD and its owner, Appropriate Solutions, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without written permission.

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches
• Comply with all applicable trading regulations and laws

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRADER'S DASHBOARD, Appropriate Solutions, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
